Business and Office QA Administrator

Primary Objective:

The Business and Office QA Administrator one of the first main points of contact for site. This role is responsible for driving best practice within each department through administrative processes and effective completion of all purchase orders.

Role Responsibilities:

Office QA Administrator

  • Input Sales orders to ERP system Priority
  • Email Sales Order confirmation
  • Generate packing slips, shipping documents and arrange haulier
  • Audit assistance for FEMAS, Soil Association, OF&G, Trading Standards
  • Run SO reports and check stock against orders.
  • Arrange samples: create labels and enter on sample s/s, pack and arrange courier
  • Provide cover for office colleagues in their absence’ and change:
  • You may be required to train others as part of your role

 

Sales and Account Support

  • Dealing with enquiries regarding product availability
  • handling complaints, escalating to other staff members where necessary
  • Providing support with sales
  • You may be required to train others as part of your role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Capable of working under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture, horticulture and amenity markets for agrochemical products is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft office and familiarity with ERP/salesforce software
  • Office personnel Management skills
  • Confident in a customer facing role
  • Technical documentation administration
  • Knowledge and understand of Export/Import administration
  • Natural product experience (FEMAS, Soil association, OF&G) is a bonus
