Production Team Leader

We are looking for motivated team players to join our Production Team in Bedford.

Hours of work are 8-hour shifts consisting of the following:

• A Shift – 7am – 3pm (£10.60 per hour)
• B Shift – 3pm – 11pm (£12.03 per hour)
• C Shift – 11pm – 7am (£12.72 per hour)

Primary Objective:

To ensure that all packing processes are adhered to in line with relevant Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that cGMP is followed at all times.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of the production environment would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong numerical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to use initiative
• Ability to take support the running of a line
• Driven to deliver and meet deadlines
