Site Lead

Primary Objective

The Site Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing all business activities that flow through the Central Pharma Tralee site.

Reporting to:  Operations Director

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operation of the Tralee site
• Develop the site enabling it to expand into secondary serialisation and aggregation
• Work towards qualifying as the responsible person for the site, gaining the necessary qualifications required.
• Ensure the site adheres to Central Pharma’s policies and procedures
• Support the development of analytical laboratories within the site, enabling the testing of incoming product and testing results storage
• Develop and manage the team by monitoring performance to ensure all goals and objectives are met
• Ensure the facility is audit-ready at all time, as the site will function as a marketing location for the Business Development team
• Work closely with the Business Development team to provide supply chain services to all customers
• Ensure the site and teams work in line with Health and safety guidelines and the policies in place
• Ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled, costed and invoiced, for each customer
• Manage and meet site budget and any other cost centres the Site Lead is responsible for by controlling cost, optimizing expense
• Oversea recruitment, talent development drives and the training of new recruits
• Provide solutions to issues and concerns raised
• Improve overall business functions through gaining efficiencies, training and reducing costs
• Develop and rollout departmental KPIs
• Oversea quality of product and services provided with support for the Central Pharma QA department
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities

Relationships

The Site Lead at Central Pharma Tralee reports directly to the Operations Director at Central Pharma Contract Packing but has close working relationships with the groups Business Development team. The role also requires direct line management responsibility of the Warehouse Manager.

Success Criteria

The Site Leads success will be measured on annual performance, meeting and achieving budget, growth of the site and customer satisfaction.
