The Role:
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a pivotal role focused on converting inbound marketing leads into high-quality appointments for our senior business development team.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in building relationships and driving new business opportunities across Central Pharma, Appraiseye, and Biotechnica.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and convert leads into booked meetings
  • Engage prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager and Director
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Understand client needs and align them with services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
  • Represent the business professionally.
About You:
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development a benefit but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Target-driven and proactive
  • Comfortable working across multiple offerings
  • CRM experience a benefit but not essential as full training given
