Customer Compliance Executive

Primary Objective

To provide independent authentication of production paperwork.  Create and maintain Master Specifications, tracking their status with internal and external stakeholders.  Provide the first point of contact for all new customers, compiling a customer bible before handing over to the team.

Primary Role Responsibilities

  • Independently check Production paperwork prior to packing safeguarding accuracy of data.
  • Tracking accuracy and providing feedback to allow for professional growth.
  • Create and maintain Master Specifications, tracking internal & external approval actions.
  • Central point of contact for all new customers, ensuring all paperwork is provided and processes can be followed.
  • Assemble new enquiry files and arrange estimates in response to the receipt of order.
  • Create a customer specific guide, providing a handover after the initial order.
  • To be an actively participating member supporting continuous improvement in GMP and GDP
  • Immediate action of any GMP breaches
  • Answer all customer calls efficiently and professionally.

Secondary Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer enquiries and orders are processed efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle efficiently and professionally all aspects of allocated customer accounts.
  • Ensure customer supplied componentry is available.
  • Ensure that order confirmations are prepared and sent within three working days from receipt of order.

Relationships:

This position is supported by the Supply Chain Manager. This role has direct working relationships with Quality, Production and Warehouse, these relationships are critical to the success of the business.

Success Criteria:

The Account Executive will be measured on the delivery and quality of all paperwork, the service offered to customers, individual and team KPIs. The improved profile of what Central Pharma consider to be service excellence.
